Our association is overseen by a dedicated Board of Directors composed of homeowners. The majority of our staff members have been integral members of the VGAS family for many years. This synergy ensures both our guests and homeowners experience a consistent level of care and receive exemplary service.

Summer Delights: During the summer months, both our esteemed guests and homeowners have the privilege of accessing our newly resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts, as well as lounging by the refreshing outdoor pool.
Indoor Retreat: Our recreation building is a haven of relaxation and entertainment, featuring an indoor pool, rejuvenating hot tub, soothing sauna, engaging pool table, ping pong, and a dedicated game room, promising hours of enjoyment. Please note, our indoor amenities will be closed for maintenance 10/29/23 - 11/16/23.
Stay Connected: All of our units are equipped with high-speed WiFi to ensure you remain seamlessly connected during your stay.
Convenience Matters: For your convenience, we provide coin-operated washer and dryer facilities in the lower section of the office building.
